In 2026, Ingenieurbüro Brundobler GmbH was integrated into the KONZMANN Group as a wholly owned subsidiary and, together with the planning professionals at TCON, HAUSCONSULT, W33, and Ingenieurbüro Koppe, now strengthens the Group’s Engineering division.

Planning for building services engineering (TGA)

Ingenieurbüro Brundobler offers comprehensive consulting, concept development, and planning services across all areas of building services engineering (TGA). The range of services covers the disciplines of sanitary engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technology, as well as building automation, electrical engineering, conveying systems, and usage-specific systems such as commercial kitchen planning, sprinkler systems, and swimming pool technology. The engineering services are provided in accordance with the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) 2021, Part 4, Section 2.

Energy consulting and EnEV assessments

Efficient energy use is a key principle of sustainability, but also of economic viability. That is why our engineering firm complements its range of services with expert assessment work. We are recognized as EnEV-certified experts and provide building owners with impartial and effective advice. We also inspect and evaluate our business partners’ existing buildings—for example with regard to their energy consumption—and prepare assessments in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV). We are licensed for both residential and non-residential buildings.
