Financing and bonds
The KONZMANN Group has a robust, balanced financing structure consisting of bond financing and committed credit facilities. It supports the Group’s growth-oriented acquisition model while ensuring a prudent debt structure with a strong liquidity position.
The Group has an outstanding senior secured bond issued on 23 October 2025 and maturing on 23 October 2030 (€150 million, 3M Euribor + 650 basis points, ISIN NO0013683466).
